Bakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou důvěry při nakupování na internetu v České republice mezi studenty univerzit. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, zda mezi studenty univerzit panuje důvěra k internetovému obchodování či nikoliv, a díky konkrétním výsledkům poskytnout doporučení majitelům internetových obchodů, ke zvýšení důvěryhodnosti jejich podnikání.
