Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl analyzovat teorii krizového řízení a finanční rehabilitaci podniku na příkladu stavební firmy LLC «StroyUniversal». Otázkou je, jak společnost finančně zlepšit tak, aby se nedostala do velkých dluhů a nemohla na ní pracovat.
