System of Liquidation of a Commercial Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh procesu likvidace vybrané obchodní společnosti z hlediska účetních, daňových a legislativních aspektů. Teoretická část byla zpracována formou rešerše dostupné literatury. Poznatky z teoretické části byly využity v praktické části bakalářské práce, která je zaměřena na vybranou obchodní společnost. V úvodu praktické části je vybraná společnost představena včetně analýzy výsledků a důvodů, které vedou k jejímu zrušení. V bakalářské práci jsou následně popsány činnosti probíhající před zahájením likvidace, při rozhodnutí o likvidaci, v průběhu likvidace a při ukončení likvidace. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zpracovat proces likvidace, který se zabývá vybranou společnosti, ovšem může sloužit i jako doporučení pro jiné společnosti, které budou také stát před rozhodnutím o likvidaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the proposal of a liquidation process for the chosen business entity, analyzing it from the perspectives of accounting, taxation, and legislative aspects. The thesis is composed of the theoretical and practical part. The practical part was conducted as a literature research utilizing the available resources. The theoretical research findings were applied in the practical section, which specifically targets the chosen business entity. In the introduction of the practical part, the company is presented, encompassing the analysis of the outcomes and the factors contributing to the decision for its liquidation. The bachelor thesis then describes the activities taking place before the liquidation process, during the decision to liquidate, during liquidation and in the final phases of liquidation. The primary objective of this bachelor's thesis was to analyze the liquidation processes related to the selected company. However, it may also serve as a recommendation for other companies encountering similar decisions regarding liquidation.
