Bonding Thermoplastic Parts on the Bus Body

Abstract:

Cílem práce je navrhnout vhodný lepící systém, včetně technologie lepení, pro upevnění lehčeného polypropylenového voštinového panelu k rámu autobusu. Obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou - experimentální část. Teoretická se věnuje vysvětení toerie lepení, vznikajících vazeb, životnosti a funkčnosti lepeného spoje. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky provedených testů na základě vybraných lepících systémů - lepidel, povrchových úprav atd. diskutovaných v úvodní části, jejich popsání a vyhodnocení. Závěrem je doporučení vhodného lepidla a předúpravy, způsob jejich ověření a dalšího otestování.

Abstract:

The purpose of this Thesis is the sudgestion of bonding system of joing lightweight polypropylene honeycomb panel and the painted steel bus frame. It includes Theoretical and Practical - Experiments parts. The theoretical part describes the adhesive joint and adhesive theory and all fundamentals con-tributing to its function and longevity. The experimental part includes testing various surface activators, primers and adhesives discussed in the first part. The conclusion leads to a recommendation which adhesive and pretreatment could be used for this specific bonding joint and the explanation and discussion of the results.
