Bonds as a source of corporate financing

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na použití dluhopisu jako vhodného zdroje financování podnikových činností. Teoretická část je věnována zdrojům podnikového financování, kapitálové struktuře podniku, kapitálovému trhu a emisi dluhopisů. V praktické části je práce zaměřena na zhodnocení finančních zdrojů podniku České dráhy, a.s., analýze majetku a kapitálu společnosti, dále se práce věnuje emisi dluhopisů této společnosti. V poslední kapitole je provedena komparace použití různých externích zdrojů financování.

Abstract:

The work is focused on the use of bonds as an appropriate source of financing business activities. The theoretical part is devoted to sources of corporate financing, capital structure, business, capital market and issue bonds. The practical part of the work is focused on the evaluation of financial resources the company Czech Railways, the analysis of assets and capital, as well as the work deals with the issue of bonds of this company. In the last chapter there is the comparison of using different sources of external financing
