Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the effect of Ring Finger Protein 25 (RNF25) and TRAF3 interacting protein2 (TRAF3IP2) protein expression on viscoelastic properties of tumor cell line MCF-7, derived from breast cancer tissue. Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na vplyv expresie proteínov Ring Finger Protein 25 (RNF25) a TRAF3 interacting protein2 (TRAF3IP2) na viskoelastické vlastnosti nádorovej bunkovej línie MCF-7, odvodenej od nádoru prsníka ženy.
