The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is the study of the Bohemian Chronicle by the Czech priest Wenceslaus Hajek of Libočan in its German translation. The book was originally published in Prague in 1541 and was translated to German language (Böhmische Chronik) by Johannes Sandel in 1596. Hlavní téma bakalářské práce je zkoumání knihy Kronika česká Václava Hájka z Libočan v dobovém německém překladu. Český originál byl vydán v Praze roku 1541 a v roce 1596 vyšel překlad Johanna Sandela do německého jazyka (Böhmische Chronik).
