Bakalářská práce zkoumá účinnost různých jazykových prvků při rozlišování mezi písemnými styly dvou autorů a znázorňuje upravenou analýzu vhodnou pro konkrétní případ. Po obecném přehledu forenzní lingvistiky a jejího využití v právních oblastech, při přiřazování autorství a analýze diskurzu se práce zabývá jazykovými zločiny a druhy důkazů, které produkují.
