Forenzní vědy a jejich využití v kriminalistice

Forensic Science and its Use in Criminalistics
Abstract:
Cílem mé práce je nastínění těch nejvyužívanějších forenzních věd, jejich metod a postupů, které mohou pomoci při vyšetřování, zejména při získávání důkazů, objasňování událostí na místě činu, apod. Na závěr se také zabývám problematikou důkazů v souvislosti s Evropskou úmluvou o ochraně lidských práv a svobod.
Abstract:
I intend to outline the most used forensic sciences, their methods and procedures that can help in the investigation, particularly in obtaining evidence and investigation of incidents at the crime scene, etc. In the end I discuss evidence issues in the context of the European Convention on Human Rights and Freedoms.
