Externalities conected with transport in the Bílina city

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na dopravní externality v modelovém území města Bílina. Cílem práce je shrnout dosavadní poznatky o dopravních externalitách a vybrané z nich kvantifikovat ve vybraném zájmovém území. Dále je popsána a představena základní charakteristika sledovaného území (město Bílina a rychlostní silnice I/13). V praktické části je hlavním cílem vyčíslit hodnotu vybraných externalit spojených s dopravou, a to na příkladu modelového území města Bíliny. Mezi sledované jevy patří statistické vyhodnocení nehod ve městě, kde je sledována vzniklá hmotná škoda, škoda na vozidlech a celkové vzniklé ztráty. Dalším sledovaným jevem je komparace cen bytů v důsledku hluku z dopravy. K této části je připojen rozhovor a mapový výstup. Zábor půd dopravou patří mezi poslední sledovaný jev, kde je snaha vyčíslit odhad záboru dle BPEJ katalogu.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on the traffic externalities in the model area - the Bílina city. The aim of the work is to summarize the existing knowledge about transport externalities and quantify selected ones in the selected area of interest. Furthermore, the basic characteristics of the monitored area (the Bílina city and the I/13 expressway) are described and presented. In the practical part, the main goal is to quantify the value of selected externalities associated with transport, on the example of a model area the Bílina city. The monitored phenomena include the statistical evaluation of accidents in the city, where the material damage, damage to vehicles and total losses are monitored. Another observed phenomenon is the comparison of apartment prices due to traffic noise. An interview and a map output are attached to this part. The occupation of land by transport is one of the last monitored phenomena, where the effort is to quantify the estimate of occupation according to the BPEJ catalog.
