Abstract:
The thesis introduces the term nostalgia with the theoretical part dedicated to how it was percieved throughout history until becoming a modern phenomenon. It focuses on ways of including nostalgia in animated films in order to create magic within them. Part of the thesis also focuses on a specific timeframe and the great rise of early 2000's nostalgia.
