Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá hemolytickým onemocněním plodu a novorozence. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje imunohematotologii, vybrané krevně skupinové systémy, bilirubin a druhy hyperbilirubinémií novorozence. Dále je zde uvedena patofyziologie, historie, jednotlivé kategorie, diagnostika a léčebné postupy HON. Praktická část je zaměřena na pacienty z FN …more
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes immunohematology, selected blood group systems, bilirubin and types of hyperbilirubinemia of the newborn. The pathophysiology, history, different categories of HDFN, diagnosis and treatment of HDFN are also presented. The practical part …more
