Zadlužení územní samosprávy obcí je důležitým aspektem dnešní doby. Z hlediska jejího rozvoje je nutné rozlišovat mezi zdravou a extrémní zadlužeností. Pro zjišťování této skutečnosti stát, respektive ministerstvo financí vytváří kontrolní mechanismy monitorování výše dluhů obcí v poměru k jejich aktivům. Debt of local government municipalities is an important aspect of current time. In terms of its development it is necessary to distinguish between healthy and extreme indebtedness. To detect this, control mechanisms are created by state or Ministry of finance to monitor the amount of municipal debts in proportion to their assets.
