Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je navrhnout tři varianty využití ploché střechy, na objektu zdravotního střediska pro 5 a více lékařů, vycházející z předmětu Ateliér I-III. Jednotlivé varianty se odlišují jak v konstrukci a skladbě, tak také svým využitím. Samotné návrhy plochých střech řeší tři varianty, přesněji se jedná o zelenou střechu polointenzivní, zelenou střechu extenzivní a zelenou střechu intenzivní. V rámci bakalářské práce je řešeno následné multikriteriální posouzení a vyhodnocení navržených variant. První část – teoretická, podává všeobecné informace o plochých střechách a blíže vysvětluje pojem zelené střechy. Především je zde kladen důraz na historii, vlastnosti, vrstvy plochých střech a jejich samotné dělení. Druhá část, aplikační je zaměřena na konkrétní variantní návrhy, které jsou doplněné multikriteriálním posouzením a všechny varianty jsou mezi sebou porovnány. Součástí je také architektonická studie, která obsahuje vizualizace jednotlivých variant.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is to propose three variants of the use of a flat roof, on the building of a health center for 5 or more doctors, based on the subject Atelier I-III. The individual variants differ both in construction and composition, as well as in their use. The design of the flat roof discusses the design of the operational, green extensive and green intensive roof variants. As part of the bachelor's thesis, the subsequent multi-criteria assessment and evaluation of the proposed variants is dealt with. The work is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part provides general information about flat roofs and explains the term green roof in more detail. Above all, the emphasis here is on the history, properties, layers of flat roofs and their very division. The second part, the application part, is focused on specific variant proposals, which are supplemented by a multi-criteria assessment and all variants are compared with each other. An architectural study is also included, which contains visualizations of individual variants.
