Tato práce analyzuje některé alternativní přístupy k distribuci autorské tvorby, přesněji hudby a filmů. This thesis analyses several alternative approaches to distribution of copyrighted works, precisely music and films. First some chosen important information society and copyright law related facts are mentioned.
