Tato práce se zaměřuje na aktuální problém zvyšujícího se počtu výjezdů zdravotnické záchranné služby v České republice. This thesis focuses on the current problem of increasing number of emergency medical services dispatches in the Czech Republic. The insufficient knowledge or the disrespect of the indications for a deployment of emergency services permanently overwhelms the system which may lead to slower responses in cases when the emergency is truly needed.
