Abstract:
Cílem práce je navržení opatření vedoucích k optimalizaci řízení nákladů a způsobu jejich implementace do informačního systému podniku. Práce obsahuje dvě části. Lite-rární rešerše se věnuje oblasti členění nákladů, způsobů a metod kalkulací, problemati-ky manažerského účetnictví a controllingu. The aim of the thesis is to propose measures leading to the optimization of cost management and the way of their implementation into the company's information system. The thesis contains two parts.
