Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce na téma „Zákon o poskytování pomoci obětem trestných činů“ se skládá z pěti kapitol, které pojednávají o problematice poskytování pomoci obětem trestných činů dle zákona o obětech trestných činů. První kapitola vymezuje pojmový aparát bakalářské práce, druhá kapitola se věnuje obecně právům obětí trestných činů. S ohledem na rozsah práce se práce v této kapitole zabývá jen vybranými právy obětí trestných činů, z několika práv vymezených v zákoně o obětech trestných činů, konkrétně právu na právní pomoc a poskytování právních informací a právu na informace. Třetí kapitola popisuje vztah akreditovaných subjektů a státu, čtvrtá kapitola se dotýká problematiky victim impact statement a individualizace soudního trestání. V poslední páté kapitole je analyzována peněžitá pomoci obětem. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit dosavadní právní úpravu poskytování pomoci obětem trestných činů, poukázat na její aplikaci v praxi a následně zhodnotit tuto právní úpravu z hlediska její efektivnosti.

Abstract:

Abstract The presented thesis on the topic "The law on the provision of assistance to victims of crime" consists of five chapters that discuss the issue of the provision of assistance to victims of offences under the Act on the victims of criminal offences. The first chapter defines the conceptual apparatus of the Bachelor thesis, the second chapter is devoted to the rights of victims of criminal offences generally. With regard to the scope, in this chapter the work deals only with the rights of victims of criminal offences, from several of the rights laid down in the law on victims of crime, in particular the right to legal assistance and the provision of legal information and the right to information. The third chapter describes the relationship of accredited entities and the State, the fourth chapter concerns the issue of victim impact statement and the individualization of punishment. In the fifth chapter financial assistance to victims is analyzed. The goal of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the existing legislation, the provision of assistance to victims of crime, the use of.
