Bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu přípravy podnikatelského plánu na rozšíření (rodinného) podnikání. V práci jsou uvedeny a definovány pojmy jako rodinné podnikání, veřejné stravování, gastronomie a podnikatelský plán. V aplikační části práce je analyzována rodinná firma Vicon s.r.o. The bachelor thesis deals with and defines the topic of preparing a business plan for the expansion of (family) business.
