Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení finančního hospodaření města Bohumín v letech 2013-2018. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice a financování územně samosprávných celků. V empirické části je popsána konkrétní obec, zpracováno její hospodaření v letech 2013-2018 a analýza bonity. Na základě výsledků jsou městu navrhnuta případná doporučení na zlepšení budoucí situace. The aim of diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial management of the municipality of Bohumín during monitored period 2013-2018. The theoretical part contains characteristic and financial management of the territorial entities.
