Smyslem této bakalářské práce je podat stručný historický přehled právní úpravy nekalé soutěže v České a Slovenské republice, vymezit pojem nekalá soutěž podle českého i slovenského obchodního zákoníku. Purpose of this bachelors work is to give a brief historical overview on legal form of unfair competition in Czech and Slovak Republic and to deliminate the conception of the world unfair competition according to Czech and Slovak commercial code.
