The constituonal care in dependence on social policy of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Práce popisuje členění sociálního pojištění a zobrazuje strukturu výdajových položek. Upozorňuje na problémy financování sociálního zabezpečení a definuje příčiny a důsledky nezadržitelně se zvyšujících výdajů. V praktické části pak charakterizuje ústavní péči v ČR a zevrubně popisuje jednotlivé instituce ústavní výchovy v resortu Ministerstva zdravotnictví a Ministerstva školství mládeže a tělovýchovy a poukazuje na stále neutěšitelnou situaci financování ústavní péče s následnou analýzou Dětského domova v Rumburku. V této části budou naznačeny jak zjištěné nedostatky tak nastíněna případná řešení.

Abstract:

One of the main purposes of my thesis is to introduce principles of social security system. Structure social insurance and cover expenses of the state budget. Unveil real threats to financing of social security and uncover reasons and consequences of uncontrollable raising expenses. In the second part of my thesis I will characterize asylum care in the Czech republic and I will detaily describe various government institutions included in the resorts of Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport with the emphasis on analyses Children’s asylum house in Rumburk. In this section I want to highlight deficiencies in the Czech asylum system and outline possible solutions.
