The evaluating and remunerating of employees in a specific company

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o hodnocení zaměstnanců, jejich odměňování a motivování. V kapitole motivace jsou rozebrány motivační teorie, které vždy najdou praktické uplatnění v praxi. Je zde vysvětlen rozdíl mezi pojmem motivace a stimulace. V sekci odměňování je práce obohacena o fixní odměnu, variabilní odměnu, firemní benefity, chválu a uznání. V hodnocení práce jsou řešeny role vedoucích pracovníků, je představeno pět různých hodnotících metod, zhodnocený hodnotící rozhovor a na konci teoretické části jsou uvedeny chyby, které se u hodnocení stávají. V praktické části práce vysvětluje hodnotící systém finančního oddělení Crown Worldwide Group v Praze a řeší celkovou spokojenost zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This thesis discusses the topics of evaluating employees’ work, their remuneration and motivation. The chapter on motivation analyses motivation theories, which always find their practical uses. The difference between motivation and stimulation is explained as well. The section on remuneration explains the topics of fixed remuneration, variable remuneration, company benefits, praise, and acknowledgment. In work evaluation, the roles of supervisors are discussed, alongside introducing the five different methods of evaluation, the evaluative interview, and at the end of the theoretical section, common errors in evaluation are mentioned. In the practical section, the thesis describes the evaluative system of the financial department of Crown Worldwide Group in Prague and discusses the overall employee satisfaction.
