Abstract:
Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat psychickou pracovní zátěž zdravotníků na urgentních příjmech v ostravských nemocnicích. Do šetření byly zapojeny Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava, Městská nemocnice Ostrava a Nemocnice AGEL Ostrava-Vítkovice.
Abstract:
The main objective of the thesis is to map the psychological workload of health care workers at emergency departments in Ostrava hospitals. The University Hospital Ostrava, the Municipal Hospital Ostrava and the AGEL Hospital Ostrava-Vítkovice were involved in the investigation.
