Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zdravotních pojišťoven v České republice. Vzhledem k tomu, že v ČR je zdravotní pojištění povinné pro každého občana (za určité skupiny občanů hradí zdravotní pojištění stát), je toto téma velmi důležité. V práci je popsána teoreticky problematika historie zdravotních pojišťoven, modely zdravotního pojištění, pojistné produkty a práva a povinnosti pojištěnců a pojišťoven. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé zdravotní pojišťovny, které v ČR fungují, jsou charakterizovány jejich identifikační údaje a uvedeny služby a bonusy, které daná pojišťovna svým klientům nabízí. Následně je zpracován dotazník, který je rozdán několika respondentům a který se jich dotazuje na jejich názor na zdravotní pojišťovny a pojištění v ČR. Jsou zhodnoceny počty klientů jednotlivých pojišťoven a oblíbenost pojišťoven na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Práce je uceleným průnikem do problematiky zdravotních pojišťoven a jejich fungování.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with health insurance companies in the Czech Republic. Given that the ČR is mandatory health insurance for every citizen (as a group of citizens, the state paid for health insurance), this topic is very important. This paper describes the theoretical problems of history of health insurance, health insurance models, insurance products and the rights and obligations of insured and insurers. The following describes the individual health insurance companies operating in the ČR are characterized by their personally identifiable information and those services and bonuses given insurance company offers to its clients. Subsequently, the processing of questionnaires, which is given out by several respondents and asking them for their ideas for health insurance and insurance in the country. They assessed the number of clients of insurance companies and insurance companies based on the popularity of the survey results. The work is a comprehensive intrusion into the issue of health insurance companies and their functioning
