Attitudes of employees in selected organization to individual motivational factors

Abstract:

Má diplomová práce se zabývala zjišťováním postojů zaměstnanců k vybraným motivačním faktorům ve vztahu ke zvýšení pracovního výkonu. Cílem práce bylo zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jaký postoj zaujímají zaměstnanci vybrané organizace k jednotlivým motivačním faktorům organizace? Práce byla rozdělena na tři, navzájem na sebe navazující celky. První část práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům, ve druhé části popisuji metodologický postup při realizaci výzkumu. Při výzkumu byla použita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, konkrétně metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s vybranými zaměstnanci společnosti. V empirické části práce byla získaná data interpretována pomocí otevřeného a axiálního kódování. V závěru práce odpovídám na hlavní výzkumnou otázku práce a navrhuji jednotlivá doporučení pro vedení organizace, která mohou vést ke změně nastavení stávajícího motivačního systému organizace.

Abstract:

My thesis dealh with the determination of attitudes of employees to selected motivational factors related to increased work performance. The aim of the study was to answer the main question: What attitude employees selected organizations to individual motivational factors of the organization? The work was divided into three mutually interconnecting units. The first part is devoted to a theoretical basis, in the second part describes the methodology for the implementation of the research. The research used qualitative research strategy, namely the method of semi-structured interviews with selected employees of the company. In the empirical part of the work was acquired data interpreted using open and axial coding. In conclusion, answer the main research questions and suggest various recommendations for management organization, which may change the settings of the current motivation of the organization.
