Diplomová práce se zabývá čl. 17 směrnice (EU) 2019/790 o autorském právu a právech s ním souvisejících na jednotném digitálním trhu. Čl. 17 zavádí odpovědnost poskytovatelů služeb pro sdílení obsahu online za neoprávněná sdělení nebo zpřístupnění děl chráněných autorským právem nebo jiných předmětů ochrany veřejnosti, pokud jsou nahrány uživatelem. The thesis deals with Article 17 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market. Article 17 establishes the liability of online content-sharing service providers for unauthorised act of communication or making available to the public of copyrighted works or other protected subject matter when uploaded by a user.
