Ochrana oprávněných zájmů zaměstnavatele

Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává zejména o různých významech pojmu "oprávněné zájmy zaměstnavatele", o specifickém obsahu tohoto pojmu ve smyslu jedné z hodnot, jichž je zaměstnanec povinen chránit, a dále o možnostech samotného uplatňování těchto zájmů z pozice zaměstnavatele.
Abstract:
This thesis describes various meanings of the term "employer's legitimate interests", then it focuses on the specific meaning of such a term in the context of Czech Labour Law, and on ways employers can use to protect these interests.
