Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv urbanizace na změny v sociální stratifikaci se zvláštním zaměřením na měnící se formy chudoby z pohledu antropologie a etnografie. Cílem je poskytnout relevantní přehled týkající se historických změn, vzniku a růstu měst as ním spojených změn ve společenské struktuře.
