Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a stimulací zaměstnanců, osvojováním cizích jazyků a konkrétní výukou cizích jazyků. Důležitou roli v této problematice hrají prostředky k motivování a stimulování zaměstnanců k osvojení cizího jazyka. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí – teoretické a praktické.
