Úvod této bakalářské práce je věnován stručnému popisu principů elektroanalytických metod, především voltametrie. Teoretická část zahrnuje přehled historického vývoje používání pesticidních látek, jejich rozdělení i způsoby testování jejich toxicity a také rešerši na téma voltametrické chování pyridinových herbicidů. Introduction of this bachelor work is devoted to a brief description of the electroanalytical methods, especially voltammetry. The theoretical part includes an overview of the historical development of the use of pesticides, their classification and methods of testing their toxicity and also search on voltammetric behavior of pyridine herbicides.
