Financial law aspects of regional economic growth

Abstract:

The investigation of the world´s historical regions shows that independently on the degree of development of productive forces and technologies, the successful development in various periods and localities was based on certain more or less similar organizatory principles. In the introductory parts, in the context of the life of historical regions and advanced results of social and economic sciences, there is offered an analysis of financial and legal aspects of development of these regions as well as the development of various historical forms of financial and legal regulation. In law No. 218/2000 of the code of laws of the Czech Republic on support of regional development, the term of region is inseparably connected with its development. Nowadays the main aim of creating various regional structures is just the support of the economic development of regions. In chapter two there is a specification of the main aspects of economic growth and development of regions. In the next chapter, using this financial and legal apparatus, an analaysis is given about the genesis and phases of development of the region of the European Union where the main role is played by free trade, customs union, common market,economic and monetary union leading to political union.

Abstract:

Skúmanie historických regiónov sveta ukazuje, že nezávisle na stupni vývoja výrobných síl a technológií úspešný rozvoj v rôznych dobách a lokalitách sa opieral o určité, viac menej podobné organizačné princípy. V úvodných častiach v kontexte života historických regiónov a pokročilých výsledkov sociálno-ekonomických vied sú analyzované finančno-právne aspekty rozvoja týchto regiónov ako aj rozvoj rôznych historických podôb finančnoprávnej regulácie. V Zákone č. 218/2000 Sbírky zákonů ČR o podpore regionálneho rozvoja je nerozlučne spätý pojem regiónu s jeho rozvojom. V súčasnosti hlavným cieľom vytvárania rôznych regionálnych štruktúr je práve podpora hospodárskeho rozvoja regiónov. V kapitole dva sú najprv špecifikované hlavné aspekty hospodárskeho rastu a rozvoja regiónov. V ďalšej kapitole týmto finančnoprávnym aparátom je analyzovaný vznik a štádiá rozvoja regiónu Európska únia, kde kľúčovú úlohu zohráva voľný obchod, colná únia, spoločný trh, ekonomická a menová únia smerom k politickej únii.
