The Elimination methods in intensive care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou eliminačních metod v intenzivní péči. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána stručně historie eliminačních metod, anatomie a fyziologie ledvin. Obsahuje také popis akutního a chronického poškození ledvin, dále následují eliminační metody intermitentní a kontinuální, jejich indikace a komplikace, až po samotnou ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty v intenzivní péči. V praktické části jsou uvedeny kazuistiky tří různých pacientů, u kterých došlo k léčbě pomocí mimotělních eliminačních metod. Výzkumný soubor byl tedy vytvořen ze zdravotnické dokumentace od prvního dne hospitalizace až po samotné propuštění či překlad na jiné oddělení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of elimination methods in intensive care. It is divided into a theoretical part and a partical part. The theoretical part briefly describes the history of elimination methods, anatomy and physiology of the kidneys. It also contains a description of acute and chronic kidney injury, followed by intermittent and continuous elimination methods, their indications and complications, up to the nursing care of patients in intensive care. The practical part present case reports of three different patients who underwent treatment using extracorporeal elimination methods. The research complex was therefore created from medical documentation from the first day of hospitalization to the actual discharge or transfer to another department.
