Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou materiálového toku a hlavním cílem je analyzovat současný stav materiálového toku ve společnosti Kuhn-MT, s.r.o., na jeho základě navrhnout a vyhodnotit opatření, která budou směřovat k optimalizaci materiálového toku. This thesis deals with the issue of material flow and the main aim is to analyze the current state of material flow in the company Kuhn-MT, Ltd. on its basis to propose and evaluate measures that will lead to optimize material flow.
