Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám osobou kontraktora. V teoretické části vymezuji pojem kontraktor a žoldnéř. Definuji jeho postavení v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Pojednávám o profesních znalostech a dovednostech, které jsou, dle mého názoru, pro vykonávání povolání kontraktora nezbytné. Dále čtenáře seznamuji s činnostmi, jež kontraktoři v rámci své mise nejčastěji vykonávají. V závěru teoretické části pojednávám o zahraničních a tuzemských společnostech, poskytujících služby soukromých bezpečnostních dodavatelů - kontraktorů. V praktické části provádím, pomocí dotazníkového šetření, průzkum veřejného mínění. Výsledky podrobuji analýze a následně vytvářím vlastní návrhy použitelné v bezpečnostní praxi.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the person called ?contractor?. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the term contractor and mercenary is defined. Also, his position in the field of commercial security is explained. Professional knowledge and skills which are, according to my opinion important , as well as most frequent activities during contractor work are described. The end of the theoretical part of the thesis deals with foreign and domestic companies, which effort services of private security contractors. The results are analysed and own proposes applicable in practical security are offered.
