Analysis of the Properties of Waterproof Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete for Tunnel Linings

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá zjišťováním vlastností betonů pro vodonepropustná ostění tunelových staveb. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o výstavbě liniových podzemních staveb a zajištění jejich vodonepropustnosti. Dále jsou zde stanoveny požadavky na beton, týkající se jeho složení a vlastností čerstvého i ztvrdlého betonu. Experimentální část popisuje složení čerstvých betonů a výrobu zkušebních těles z nich. Nakonec jsou stanoveny vlastnosti betonů na zkušebních tělesech a výsledky porovnány. V závěru je zhodnocena vhodnost těchto betonů pro vodonepropustná ostění tunelových staveb.

Abstract:

The main objectives of this thesis are to analyze the properties of the concretes used for the waterproof tunnel linings. The theoretical part comprises the knowledge of both the linear underground constructions building, and providing the constructions with the waterproof ability. The theoretical part also deals with the requirements of the concrete relating to the concrete composition and the properties of the fresh and hardened concrete. The experimental part describes the fresh concrete compositions and making the concrete test specimens. The properties of the concretes used for the construction of test specimens are defined and the results are compared in the final part of the experimental chapter. The final part of the thesis evaluates the suitability of the concretes for the waterproof tunnel linings.
