The surface correction of the cromium cobalt alloy by the titanium or zirconium nitride for the use of the oral implantology

Abstract:

Disertační práce byla zaměřena na nové možnosti povlakování materiálu s výbornými mechanicko-fyzikálními vlastnostmi. Jako jádro, na které byly navrstveny nové povlaky vrstev nitridu titanu a nitridu zirkonia, sloužilo jádro z chromkobaltové slitiny. Složení bylo kobalt – chrom – wolfram. Cílem bylo vyhodnotit jak biologické vlastnosti, tak i mechanicko-fyzikální vlastnosti povlakových vrstev nitridu titanu a nitridu zirkonia. Vlastní biologické testy byly prováděny úvodní – test inhibice růstu, dilatace, adherence buněk, test tolerance materiálu buňkami, dále testy genotoxicity. Všechny tyto testy potvrdili předpokládané kladné hodnocení a tedy plně biologickou přijatelnost nových povlakových vrstev.

Abstract:

The PhD. thesis was focused on the new chances of coating of the material with excellent machanical and physical characteristics. As the base material was cromium cobalt alloy coated with biomaterials titanium nitride and zirconium nitride. The structure of this material was cobalt – cromium – wolfram. The aim of the thesis was evaluated the biological characteristics and mechanical and physical characteristics of the new biomaterials (titanium nitride and zirconium nitride). The biological tests were – test of inhibition, test of dilatation, test of adherention, test of tolerance; and test sof genotoxicity. All biological tests attested assumed positive and therefore biological acceptability of these new surface layers.
