Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vznikem a vývojem politické strany „Právo a spravedlnost“ v Polsku. První část textu se věnuje politickým subjektům, které předcházely samotný vznik strany. V další části textu je popsán jak vznik strany Právo a spravedlnost, tak i vývoj po roce 2001 s důrazem na rok 2005, který se stal pro stranu přelomovým.
