Analysis of employees job satisfaction in education
Abstract:
Cílem práce je analyzovat pracovní spokojenost pedagogických zaměstnanců ve školství, následně prostřednictvím odborně podložených informací z metodické části, pochopit vnitřní zdroj pracovní spokojenosti. Byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda výzkumu (empirická část -- dotazníkové šetření). Na základě získaných dat z výzkumu, budou podány návrhy na zlepšení současné situace.
Abstract:
The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to analyse job satisfaction of employees in education. Furthermore, with the use of professional information of the methodological part, to understand the internal source of the job satisfaction.
