Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je analyzovať vplyv zábavy a peňažného ohodnotenia na ochotu ľudí dobrovoľníčiť. Pre tieto účely bol vytvorený experiment, ktorého účastníci mali splniť sériu jednoduchých úloh. Tie boli rozdelené na základe dvoch faktorov, ktoré skúmame. Táto práca mala dva hlavné ciele. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the effect of fun and financial reward on people's willingness to volunteer. For this purpose, an experiment was created in which the participants had to complete a series of simple tasks. These were divided based on the two factors we examine. This work had two main goals.
