Monitoring the phenology of fructification of wood fungus fruiting bodies

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním fenologie fruktifikace plodnic různých dřevních hub a jejím detailním fotografickým zachycením, které bylo následně podrobně popsáno. Pozorování bylo prováděno na několika lokalitách v Česku i na Moravě. Na základě těchto získaných materiálů byl zhotoven detailní popis průběhu fruktifikace, do kterého byly zahrnuty i vazby na různé abiotické faktory. Byla zjištěna vazba mezi ztrátou šupin z horních plodnic Pholiota sp. a dlouhodobého působení přímého deště na jejich povrch, nebo vysoké regenerační schopnosti Mycetinis scorodonius během střídání suchého a vlhkého počasí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with monitoring the phenology of fructification of some fruiting bodies of wood fungi and its detailed photographic capture, which were subsequently described in detail. Observations were made at several localities in the Czech and Moravia. Based on these obtained materials, a detailed description of the fructification process was created, which also included links to various abiotic factors. Was found the link between the loss of scales from the upper fruiting bodies of Pholiota sp. and long-term exposure to direct rain on their surface, or the high regenerative ability of Mycetinis scorodonius during alternating dry and humid weather.
