Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vkladu do katastru nemovitostí s cílem vymezit odstranitelné a neodstranitelné nedostatky vkladového řízení v praxi dle platné právní úpravy. Zaměří se na přiblížení zásad vedení katastru nemovitostí, objasní vkladové řízení a s ním související postup přezkumu vkladových listin jak soukromého, tak veřejného charakteru. This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the matters of deposit in the Land Register. The work‘s intention is to determine the eliminable as well as the ineradicable deficiencies of actual deposit procedure in accordance with the current legal regulations.
