Tato práce se zabývá srovnáním svalových soustav u jednotlivých taxonů parazitických platyhelmintů (Monogenea, Trematoda, Cestoda) s důrazem na třídu Monogenea a metodikou vizualizace filamentózního aktinu a myosinu s využitím konfokálního skenovacího laserového mikroskopu. This thesis compares the muscular systems of individual taxa of parasitic platyhelminthes (Monogenea, Trematoda, Cestoda), with an emphasis on class Monogenea and methodology of visualization of filamentous actin and myosin using a confocal scanning laser microscopy.
