Concerning several questions of the receptive musicality of youth

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá procesem působením všeobecné hudební výchovy a dalšího hudebního vzdělávání na receptivní výchovu žáků devátých tříd základních škol a kvart nižších stupňů víceletých gymnázií. Stěžejním tématem je sociálně-psychologický jev, efektivita kultivace vkusu a evidentní i latentní hudebnost recipientů. Východiskem výzkumu je teoretická úvaha, že hudební výchova na základních školách a nižších stupních víceletých gymnázií vychází z činnostního pojetí tří vzájemně propojených okruhů, z produkce (činnosti vokální, instrumentální a hudebně pohybové), recepce (činnosti poslechové) a reflexe. Recepce hudby je ovlivňována řadou činitelů subjektivní i objektivní povahy. Hudební vývoj je nepřetržitou interakcí organismu, hudebního prostředí a výchovných podnětů, které učí žáky vstupovat do komunikace s hudbou, kultivuje jejich hudebnost a rozvíjí hudební myšlení. Cílem šetření bylo ověření základní hypotézy, rozšířené o několik diferencovaných předpokladů, které berou ohled na některé z faktorů, jež souvisí s realizací vztahu posluchač – hudební dílo. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno technikou on-line dotazování tzv. typu CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interviewing), při němž byl využit zvukový dotazník. Bylo zmapováno, jaký postoj zaujali recipienti při poslechu audio-ukázek, do jaké míry jsou schopni identifikovat jména autorů hudebních ukázek, jejich názvy a následně je zařadit do příslušných slohových období. Výzkum volně navazuje na výzkumná šetření provedená Katedrou hudební výchovy Pedagogické fakulty Masarykovy univerzity z let 2010–2016. Analýza výsledků přinesla hlubší pohled do zkoumané problematiky.

Abstract:

This study examines the process of the effect of general music education and other music education on the receptive education of pupils attending the ninth grade of elementary schools and the fourth grade of middle grammar schools. The central subject matter is the socially-psychological phenomenon of the effectiveness of the cultivation of taste and the evident and latent musicality of the recipients. The starting point of the research is the theoretical reflection that music education at elementary schools and middle grammar schools stems from the activity-based approach of three mutually interconnected fields: production (vocal, instrumental and musically-motoric activity), reception (listening activity) and reflection. The reception of music is influenced by an array of factors of subjective and objective nature. Music development is a continuous interaction of an organism, musical environment and educational stimuli, which teach pupils to enter into communication with music, cultivate their musicality and develop their musical thinking. The aim of the research was to verify the key hypothesis, extended with a number of differentiated assumptions which take into account some of the factors connected with the realisation of the relation recipient – musical work. The research was conducted using the on-line questioning technique of the CAWI type (Computer Assisted Web Interviewing) with the use of a sound questionnaire. The research mapped the attitude of the recipients to the audio samples, to what extent they were able to identify the names of the authors of the musical samples, their names and their subsequent placement in the respective music style period. The research freely follows up on the studies undertaken by the Department of Music of the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University from the years 2010–2016. The analysis of the results has provided a deeper insight into the subject matter studied.
