The origination and expiration of labour-law relations
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje vznik a zánik pracovněprávního vztahu, konkrétně pracovní poměr, vznik pracovního poměru na dobu určitou a způsoby skončení pracovního poměru. Zaměřuje se rovněž na problémy, vyplývající ze vztahů mezi zaměstnancem a zaměstnavatelem.
Abstract:
Current bachelor’s work is detailing the origination and expiration of labour-law relations, particularly focusing on employment, employment for a certain period of time and ways to end it. The main attention is given to problems arising between the employee and the employer.
