Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na uplatnění zdravotně postižených osob na trhu práce. Zkoumá různé možnosti, které tyto osoby mají při hledání zaměstnání. V praktické části práce je jednak analyzován podnik Suchánek & Walraven, s. r. o. z hlediska pracovního uplatnění pro zdravotně postižené osoby a dále jsou v ní zkoumány další možnosti osob se zdravotním postižením. This thesis is focused on the application of persons with disabilities in the labour market. It examines the different options that these people are in search of employment. In the practical part of the work is analyzed company Suchanek & Walraven, Ltd. terms of employment for disabled people and are explored further in the ability of persons with disabilities.
