Correct manipulation with newborns and infants as a precondition of their healthy psychomotorical development

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se autorka zabývá vlivem správného handlingu na vývoj novorozenců a kojenců. Primárně je důležité se nejdříve seznámit s korektním psychomotorickým vývojem, čímž se autorka zabývá v první části teorie. Seznamuje čtenáře formou srozumitelnou i pro laickou veřejnost se základními mezníky ve vývoji dítěte do tří let. Následně teprve přechází k teorii ohledně správné manipulace. Vývoj ne vždy probíhá v normě. Díky včasnému odhalení, intervenci a vhodně zvolené terapii lze dítěti pomoci. Nejen pro danou chvíli, ale i do budoucna. Vždyť součástí každé diagnostiky je v prvé řadě seznámení se s vývojem do roku života. Pokud neprobíhá správně, je nutný zásah. Terapie určené k nápravě odchylek od harmonického vývoje jsou popsány v kapitole druhé. Jedná se o stručné charakteristiky, sloužících k seznámení se s principem terapií. V praktické empirické časti práce je zkoumána manipulace, jako předpoklad správného psychomotorického vývoje. Svým šetřením autorka přišla k závěru, že včasnou úpravou péče o novorozené děti, kojence i batolata, lze odvrátit patologické odchylky od správného psychomotorického vývoje.

Abstract:

In her bachelor’s work, the author examines the influence of correct handling on the development of newborns and infants. Primarily, it is crucial to become acquainted with the correct psychomotor development, which is what the author addresses in the first part of her theory. She introduces the reader, in a form of writing understandable to general public, to the basic milestones in a development of a child up to three years of age. Following this part, she moves on to the theory of correct handling. A child’s development is not always according to the norm. Thanks to early discovery of the problem, an intervention and an appropriate therapy, it is possible to help the child. To help not only for the given moment but for the future as well. It is a part of all diagnostics to first get acquainted with the development of a child up to one year of age. If it does not progress corecctly, an intervention is necessary. Therapies specified for the correction of deviations from harmonious development are described in chapter two. They are short descriptions meant for introduction to the principles of therapy. In the practical empirical part of her work, the author examines handling as a predisposition of correct psychomotor development. In her examination, the author came to the conclusion that through early adjustment of newborn, infant and toddler care, it is possible to reverse the pathological deviations from correct psychomotor development.
