Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zvláštních způsobů dokazování v trestním řízení. This bachelor's thesis deals with problem of special methods of evidence in criminal proceedings. The first chapter explains basic concepts related to the topic of this thesis, that is evidence, subject proof, proof and evidence.
