Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to propose a procedure to transform the company into business process management company, by using the rules of project management in accordance with an established methodology. The subject of transformation is the Czech Customs Administration (hereinafter referred to as "CS"). For purposes of this thesis is the “CS” seen as a company or business.
