Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřená na optimalizaci nákupního procesu pro C-parts materiály. Navržená optimalizace spočívá ve zautomatizování části procesu, které je dosaženo zavedením dvou nových způsobů pořizování C-parts a to: VMI a e-procurement.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on optimizing the procurement process for the C-parts materials. The proposals of optimization of current state of purchasing process for C-parts are focused in e-procurement (by e-catalogues) and in VMI (by consignment warehouse).
